The Fit-Tech Method

       Through this individualized program, based on your needs and goals, I will design a reasonable, fun and challenging workout routine to help you achieve your best shape ever. The program usually includes weight management, developing lean muscle tone, improving cardiovascular health, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. 

 

     Sessions also include an initial physiological and functional assessment of:

                                                           Body-Mass Index (BMI)       Balance

Whatever your case is, I can design a program for you to get the most out of your workout and achieve results fast and safely. Your new workout will be created using your strengths and improving on your weaknesses.

We’ll work together to establish the pace, demands, intensity, and even the location, of your workout.

Have you already started an exercise program but failed to stick to it? You are not alone: consistency is one of the biggest challenges exercisers face! I will provide the motivation you need and non-judgmental feedback to help you achieve your goals and prevent relapses, constantly monitoring your progress and periodically fine-tuning your program. I will also help you to establish S.M.A.R.T. goals:

Besides being a Fitness Trainer, I am a certified Yoga teacher, and Qigong Advanced Instructor and tai chi teacher with 18 years of teaching experience. Your workout can be enhanced with some yoga, qigong and tai chi postural, breathing and relaxation techniques.
