If you’re looking to improve flexibility, regain balance, or correct posture after years of sitting, driving, or repetitive movements, I’ll guide you step by step with clear instruction and support.

I also specialize in working with clients who have medical considerations such as arthritis, diabetes, or obesity, as well as those recovering from injury or surgery, always prioritizing safety and long-term progress.

Even if you already own dumbbells or fitness equipment but aren’t sure how to use them effectively, I’ll teach you how to train with confidence and purpose. My goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a healthier, more capable body at any stage of life.​

Learn proper form and technique

Using proper form and technique in fitness ensures that the right muscles are activated and working as intended, maximizing strength gains, improving endurance, and enhancing overall performance.

When exercises are performed with correct alignment and control, stress is distributed appropriately through the joints and muscles, reducing unnecessary strain on ligaments, tendons, and the lower back. Poor form, on the other hand, often leads to compensation patterns, muscle imbalances, and overuse injuries that can delay progress or even sideline you completely.

Proper technique also improves body awareness, coordination, balance, and posture—benefits that carry over into daily life activities such as lifting groceries, climbing stairs, or sitting at a desk.

Motivation and support

Have you already started an exercise program but failed to stick to it? You are not alone: consistency is one of the biggest challenges exercisers face! I will provide the motivation you need and non-judgmental feedback to help you achieve your goals and prevent relapses, constantly monitoring your progress and periodically fine-tuning your program.

Besides being a personal trainer, I am a certified yoga teacher, Qigong advanced instructor, and Tai Chi teacher with 18 years of teaching experience. Your workout can be enriched with yoga, Qigong, and Tai Chi techniques that focus on posture, breathing, balance and relaxation.
