   As a Traveling Wellness Provider, I will bring all the necessary props for your fitness training, including dumbbells, exercise balls, resistance bands, balance discs, kettlebells, and mats.

Instruction also available online via Zoom.

$70/hour in studio or by Zoom -1 Person
